(i) Adaptation rights and transaction rights of live-action web series/TV series: including all rights required for adaptation of web series/TV series, including reproduction rights, distribution rights, adaptation rights, filming rights, performance rights, trading rights, etc. (Animation category is not included). The network series/TV series referred to in this agreement include TV series (only broadcast on the Internet, using the network as the main communication platform, using computers, mobile phones and various handheld electronic devices as the receiving terminal) created audio-visual works), film web series/TV series (Web series/TV series which filmed on film), digital web series/TV series (Web series/TV series which are filmed and produced digitally). 
(ii) By purchasing this DOT, the Licensee acknowledges and agrees that the Licensee will  have a one-time only right (per DOT ownership) to remake the specific movie title according to the license embedded into the DOT, for private and/or commercial purposes and the right to retain all revenues arising from such new production and any merchandise arising solely from such new production to the exclusion of the owner of the copyright. Such right shall exist in perpetuity until it has been exercised, in which event, it shall immediately expire and cease to exist.
