(i) By acquiring ownership to this DOT, the Licensee acknowledges and agrees that the Licensee will have the license embedded into the DOT, a global non-exclusive perpetual private and commercial license to use the WAPE in any manner or for any purpose, except in or for an illegal, distasteful, or inappropriate manner or purpose, or in breach of any legally binding obligation
